Your exhibit will include a skirted vendor table with two chairs and a 2-line identification sign and 2 chairs for the visiting Group Leaders. MEETING ITINERARY 8:00 am to 10:00 am Individual vendor table set up, Continental breakfast Group Leader delegate registry distributed to all vendors. Travel supplier delegate registry distributed to all Group Leader buyers 10:00 am to 12 noon GLAMER Senior Group Leader Meeting Travel vendors seated and Group Leader buyers visit each table in an open forum. (No set appointments.) Literature distribution only; non-display format. Group-leader buyers visit the vendor meeting in two separate groups. First group, 10 am to 11 am; second group 11 am to 12 noon. Group Leader buyers visit the Workshop Series in two separate groups. First group 10 am to 11 am; second group 11 am to 12 noon. 12 noon to 1:30 pm GLAMER Closing Luncheon and Presentations for Group Leader buyers, travel vendors, and sponsors. Travel vendors are guests of GLAMER. Event concludes at approximately 1:30 pm after the GLAMER luncheon. Ten business days after each meeting, travel vendors receive a final, updated electronic disk with names, addresses, telephone numbers and a group travel profile for all Group Leaders at the meeting.
