What time should I arrive at the GLAMER Chapter Meeting?
• Vendors need to arrive at GLAMER Chapter Meeting location by 9:00 AM.
• Sponsors need to meet with GLAMER Chapter meeting Manager John Sandor by 8:30 AM.
What time is the first group leader session in the marketplace?
• 1st Group Leader Session 10:00 AM
• 2nd Group Leader Session 11:00 AM
What kind of materials should I bring for the GLAMER Meeting?
• You may bring brochures, pamphlets, travel planners, battery operated lap top, brochure rack under 18 inches, photo albums or picture frames; GLAMER is a non-display meeting - no pop-ups, displays.
• If you choose to bring a door prize you may also display that at your table.
• GLAMER does provide a skirted table, however you may use your own table cover if you wish.
May I bring a door prize?
• Yes, door prizes are given away at the closing of the luncheon. If you decide to provide a door prize your company will be recognized during the GLAMER Chapter Meeting.
How are group leaders qualified for door prizes?
• Each group leader has a vendor list card that they will ask you to Initial. Group Leaders who have every vendor's initials are qualified for the door prize drawing.
Where do GLAMER Group Leaders come from?
• GLAMER Group Leaders come from within 2 hours of the GLAMER Chapter Meeting Location.
What kind of Groups are represented at GLAMER Meetings?
• GLAMER Group Leaders represent: churches, bank clubs, social and fraternal organizations, retirement communities, and senior centers.
How does GLAMER qualify their group leaders?
• GLAMER profiles Group Leaders when they register over the phone, preliminary profile at registration, and a detailed profile at GLAMER Chapter Meeting.
Do I have to stay for GLAMER Luncheon?
• Vendors are encouraged to stay for the luncheon for additional networking time with Group Leaders; however, it is not required that you stay.
When do I get my leads from the meeting?
• 10-14 days after the GLAMER meeting you will receive a disk with updated addresses, phone numbers, and travel profiles of all registered Group Travel Planners. |
