Your Chapter Meeting Schedule:

9:30 - 10:00 AM : Travel Planner Registration
Travel Planners arrive, register and enter meeting room (coffee & hot tea). Travel Industry Delegates are welcome to attend and network.

10:00 - 11:00 AM : GLAMER Chapter Business Meeting - Travel Planners are seated and welcomed by GLAMER staff. Chapter meeting consists of business meeting, promotional video and presentation by host. Travel Industry Delegates are welcome to attend and network.
      
11:00 - 12:00 PM : Travel Marketplace I - Travel Planners enter Marketplace to meet with Travel Industry delegates. This is a business session style Marketplace. Tables and chairs are provided for groups to sit and discuss travel with vendors. Displays are not allowed. (Promotional handouts are encouraged)

11:00 - 12:00 PM : Travel Workshop I - Travel Planners attend a sponsored workshop to gain  information on destinations and tour products.

12:00 - 1:00 PM : Travel Marketplace II - Travel Planners from Travel Workshop I attend.

12:00 - 1:00 PM : Travel Workshop II - Travel Planners from Travel Marketplace I attend.

1:00 - 2:00 PM : Official Chapter Meeting Luncheon & Closing Remarks
All delegates are invited to attend for a great time of networking and building relationships. Recognition of Travel Industry delegates is included.
